- Can I withdraw from a course?Yes. Before the course starts you get back what you paid minus a $100 processing fee. After it starts, until the deadline (by default the end of day 7 after the start date), you get back 50% of what you paid. After that there is no refund.
- How do I ask for a refund?Use the withdrawal form in your account, or email support@learnstatistics.org.
- When is the refund deadline for my course?By default, the end of day 7 after the start date, US Eastern time. Your exact date is on the withdrawal page in your account.
- Can I move to another start date?You can move to another start date of the same course yourself, from My learning, until the deadline (by default the end of day 7 after the start date). The first move of each course is free; each later one costs $25. Want a different course? Email support@learnstatistics.org.
- How paying works (Truth in Lending)You pay in full at checkout. There is no payment plan and no installments, no credit is offered and no interest is charged, so there is nothing to disclose under Truth in Lending.
- Is the $25 date-change fee refundable?No. The $25 fee for moving to another start date is never refunded.
