• Where are my courses? Everything you have bought, everything you have not yet scheduled and every payment you have made is on your account.
• When does the next run start? Every published start date is on the course catalog. Where a subject has no dates yet, it says so — new dates are added through the year.
• I can't get into my classroom. Go to My learning and select Go to your course. That is always the way in. If you're asked to sign in, use your LearnStatistics email and password. Forgot your password? Reset it here, or write to us.
• How does the credit work? ACE recommendations, our university partnerships and the limits each one publishes are set out on the credit page and in our terms.

There is no contact form on this site. One address covers everything below, and you will reach a person rather than a queue: support@learnstatistics.org. Say which of these it is about and it goes to the right desk.

• Courses, start dates and choosing what to buy — before you buy anything, including which course to start with.
• An existing enrollment, or a problem with your classroom — access, dates, or work you cannot submit.
• Payments, receipts and invoices — anything about money that has already moved.
• Academic credit, certificates of completion and university reporting — what a course is recommended for, and where a result is filed.
• Your personal data, or a deletion request — support@learnstatistics.org, and see the privacy notice
• Accessibility, or an adjustment you need in order to study — support@learnstatistics.org

A person reads every message and replies by email. Including the details below helps us answer in one reply.

One reply instead of three, if you include the relevant ones:

• The email address you bought with, or would buy with.
• The course, and its start date if you have already picked one.
• For a payment question, the date and the amount. Never send us a card number — we cannot accept one and would have to destroy it.
• For a credit question, what you want the credit for. If you are working toward a degree, tell us which one and at which institution; if you are not, say what you need the course to satisfy.
• For a problem in your classroom, what you clicked and what you saw instead.
