Ask before you buy, not after. Questions about a course, a start date, academic credit or a payment all reach a person.

1. Faster than writing to us
- Where are my courses? Everything you have bought, everything you have not yet scheduled and every payment you have made is on your account.
- When does the next run start? Every published start date is on the course catalogue. Where a subject has no dates yet, it says so — new dates are added through the year.
- I cannot get into Canvas. Your sign-in is the email address you bought with. Use “Forgot password” on the Canvas sign-in page the first time; a first-time student has never set one.
- How does the credit work? ACE recommendations, our university partnerships and the limits each one publishes are set out on the credit page and in our terms.
2. Who to write to
There is no contact form on this site. Write to the address that fits and you will reach a person rather than a queue. Where a line below is still in brackets, no mailbox exists for it yet — use student support in the meantime and it will be passed on.

4. What to tell us
One reply instead of three, if you include the relevant ones:
- The email address you bought with, or would buy with.
- The course, and its start date if you have already picked one.
- For a payment question, the date and the amount. Never send us a card number — we cannot accept one and would have to destroy it.
- For a credit question, which degree you are working towards and at which institution.
- For a problem in Canvas, what you clicked and what you saw instead.
