You pay in full at checkout. There is no payment plan and no installments, no credit is offered and no interest is charged, so there is nothing to disclose under Truth in Lending.
What you are paying for
- A single course is paid for one start date. You pay when you take a place on that start date, at the price shown on the course page.
- A course set is one payment covering every course in it. Buying a set enrolls you in nothing — you take its courses one at a time, choosing each start date when you are ready.
- A course set carries a deadline. Each set states on its own page how long you have to use it, counted from the day you pay.
How the payment is taken
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on every course page and every course set page. Payment is taken by our secure payment provider, on its own pages, and the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Refunds and cancellations
Before a course starts you get back what you paid minus a $100 processing fee. After it starts, until the deadline, which is the end of day 7 after the start date (for some courses, the end of the 10th of the month the course starts instead), you get back 50% of what you paid. After the deadline there is no refund. Moving to another date does not restart the deadline: it is based on the earlier of the date you first bought and your new date. The $25 move fee is not refunded. Course sets are refunded by support, case by case. You can move to another start date of the same course yourself until its move deadline (by default the end of day 7 after the start date): the first move of each course is free, each later one costs $25.
