- How do I transfer credit to my college or university?To transfer your course for credit to a college or university, please follow these steps:
- Can I move to another start date?You can move to another start date of the same course yourself, from My learning, until the deadline (by default the end of day 7 after the start date). The first move of each course is free; each later one costs $25. Want a different course? Email support@learnstatistics.org.
- Can I withdraw from a course?Yes. Before the course starts you get back what you paid minus a $100 processing fee. After it starts, until the deadline (by default the end of day 7 after the start date), you get back 50% of what you paid. After that there is no refund.
- Will credits from courses transfer to another school?Academic credit is available for a number of our courses via the American Council on Education Credit Recommendation Service (ACE). The ACE is an organization of more than 1,800 U.S.
